  scattered bubble stream. golden, straw, in color. yellow flowers, green apple, red apple, tangerine pith, lemon peel, lime juice, warm brioche. bread dough, tangelo, lemon tart, sharp acidity, on the finish.

  July 2, 2022 - 闻香有梨一类的成熟核果，酵母的酸面粉团味，还有金银花的香气，入口酸度高，酒液回甜，梨子，冰糖伴随着面包香气，口中气泡充沛，酸度漂亮，成熟甜美的风格，就是杯中气泡散得快了点。

  April 17, 2021 - My first bottle from Maillart. A very good NV. Rich fruit with ripe, mellow red and green apples dominating. PN+ Ch. Acidity well balanced with the dosage at the lower end. Medium bead and aftertaste. Drank over two days and it did not develope nor deteriorate. Recommended as a good quality NV go-to champagne, especially if you like a rich style.

  June 17, 2019 - Base vintage 2013; Disgorged 11/2018. 50/50 Pinot Noir & Chardonnay, and 60% barrel fermented. Rich and powerful, good fruit allows for the low dosage to work. Red apple, not tart at all. A very nice NV.
