Definitely lots of rs (over 100g/L) but there’s also M acid which just barely gives this enough balance that it’s useable as a dinner wine with sweet and spicy food and not just as dessert wine. Went okay with sweet and sour stir fry, better eith ras el hanout and ginger roasted butternut squash, and also well with brown sugar milk tea boba ice cream. I can’t say I drink enough quality-oriented moscato to compare this to anything else in the price range, but I like it. ~6+/10

  December 13, 2019 - wow! what a moscato! almost not sweet, citrusy, crispy, fresh. I did not realized that Moscto could break the mould… Really great job!
