Community Tasting Notes 3

  • know.know@yahoo.com Likes this wine:

November 28, 2023 - Exceptionally appealing. The most distinctive wine I have tasted. Very strong flavor of berries (perhaps blackberries) and others not distinguished.

December 22, 2019 - Dark purple color. Dark fruit and smoked meat on the nose. Not a lot of acidity but great depth on the palate with bitter cocoa, cardamom, and dark fruit, like blackberry. There is a smoky component to this, like ribs smoked for hours. Soft tannins. Great QPR

November 7, 2019 - Chocolate, light, fantastic wine. Ready to drink, but could probably benefit from a bit of aging. Decanted for 1 hour.
