  September 22, 2022 - Pop and poured
  For the first hour a lot of bilberry with a hint of blackberry on the nose. A brighter acidity than I expected and barely noticable tannins with a simple tea like finish. As it opened up blackberry was replaced with coffee... And then even the bilberry fell to the dominant coffee. Tannins came on after the first hour as well, so fine.
  
  Definitely does well with a slight chill

  April 3, 2022 - Nicely balanced, old school Merlot Balanced fruit, fresh acidity, soft tannins. Should drink well for another 10 + years. Winner

  October 15, 2020 - Cheers Raj on an excellent old school Merlot. Perfect partner to a beef tenderloin and roasted carrots.

  July 20, 2020 - This is a really lovely debut from Raj and Marie Ponsonnet. Organically grown Merlot from Napa and made in a fairly old-school, lighter style. It has well-defined, black fruit flavors with a distinct note of dark chocolate, and the tannins are already quite supple. This can be enjoyed now, but I am sure it will improve with age for at least 5 years. Sad I only had one bottle.

  February 3, 2020 - Black currant and hint of bilberry on the nose. Good balance of tannins and acid, velvety tannins... Slight chocolate finish.
