January 3, 2022 - Very much in the Chablis style. Crisp with pear and ripe apple undertones that finish with lemon and flint. Great by itself and a great value

September 12, 2021 - Pale for a Chardonnay. Light but varietal with great acidity. Reminds me of a Mâcon. Not as fresh or fruity as the 2019 and showing just a touch of age. Super value!

February 13, 2021 - No notes, enjoyed over two nights with and without food. Reminded me a bit of Chablis but with some additional New World leaning I can't describe. Lots of crisp stone fruit and citrus with good acid but something smooth in the texture, so not at all tart. This was a great pairing with a pasta primi course - linguini with a simple shrimp sauce (*). Perfect pairing, couldn't have asked for better.

Pan sauce: Shrimp, butter & olive oil, sliced garlic, onion powder, salt, small pinch chopped fresh thyme, ~2 T small dice tomato, white wine, ~2 t pasta water
