March 12, 2023 - Tasted as good as it did at the winery and that doesn't always happen. Amazing juice!

November 26, 2021 - Needed about 30-40 mins of air to really open up but then it sang all night long through dinner. This is drinking wonderfully right now. 1st of 2 bottles in the cellar. Went wonderfully with Thanksgiving dinner especially a smoked Turkey on the Kamado.

May 3, 2020 - Accessible and enjoyable Paso pinot. Drinking well now. Held up to/paired well with hickory smoked grilled chicken.
