January 3, 2020 - Crunch and pyrazine. Countryside Loire. The internets can’t confirm but relatively certain Cab Franc is in here.

December 10, 2019 - Purple/Ruby shading to pink rim. An explosion of raspberries, bell pepper, mineral, and barnyard comes from the first pour. A slight prickly sensation on the tounge creates an interesting mouthfeel leading to a medium-length sweet finish. Mild tannins accompany the wild flavors on this Gamay dominated (with a little Cab Franc) organic blend. Drink soon, slightly chilled. Not a great wine, but very interesting and worth trying.
