October 12, 2019 - We're Not Serving Cali to Friends from Cali! (Chez Lyon in Eugene, OR): 30 minutes at room temp in a glass, this wine was recognizable for its floral, tropical fruit, white stone fruit an spice notes. Nice acidity and depth made it pretty good with Pad Thai. Now-2022.
