December 17, 2023 - We drink a lot of Lucia and I agree with the last review. Not up to standard. Something off

September 15, 2023 - We tried two bottles of this on the same evening (bought from the same retailer). Both had an acceptable nose that showed some fruit, but on the palate this was bitter, full of oak and alcohol and very short (aside from the extremely unpleasant bitter taste. I find this very hard to rate, and am quite surprised that my rating and note is far from the others' here.

  • Schiffy Likes this wine: 94 points

July 9, 2021 - Delicious, expressive Pinot Noir that has intense sweet cherry fruit with hints of strawberry and spice on the finish. Unusually concentrated with smooth tannins (after an hour decant) and beautifully balanced. This is an excellent wine.

  • Mike Dildine Likes this wine: 94 points

April 26, 2021 - Man this is tasty. Love Gary's and no one does it better than Lucia.

  • Mike Dildine Likes this wine: 93 points

May 19, 2020 - 14.3% abv. Medium burgundy, expressive aromas. Cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, and additional spice highlights. Deep, long and very intense. A Pinot with tons of personality and allure. Will only improve over the next 4-7 years.
