Pêche blanche, impression de douceur lactée.
Le vin a un peu perdu de nervosité (acicité), signe qu'il est en déclin.
À retenir, à consommer durant les 4 premières années. -

September 1, 2022 - 13% alcohol. Very good long cork. Medium gold colour.
Somewhat muted nose, though clearly fresh with mostly quince aromas.
The mouth is incredibly intense and complex with flavours ranging from pineapple to quince through yellow plum. Superb length and great mouthfeel. There is so much going on that you can't help waiting for the sugar hit, but this is perfectly dry (and all the better for my taste and for food matching). Substantial acidity and a hint of a bitter touch in the aftertaste add to the experience. A memorable wine and a great discovery.
I must find a supplier for this producer (I am told that the Crémant is vg too). -
