June 22, 2019 - Pale colour, has some small bubbles of carbonic acid, smells of pear and gooseberry, light body, kind of off-dry, so not bone dry, in the mouth pear and gooseberry, nice acidity (more than the Grüne Veltliner I know have), in the aftertaste pear and a little bit of almond bitterness, good length (15 sec), good white wine, I like it better than the Grüne Veltliner I know.
