December 12, 2023 - This started off a little odd, but within about 20 minutes things got back to normal, lots of dark fruit and menthol.
September 15, 2023 - Tons of fruit, mainly black currant, cassis and plum. Balanced acidity with leveled tannins. Spicy finish. Has years to go. Great QPR
September 6, 2023 - On a Lufthansa BC flight from Singapore to Frankfurt. Dark ruby colour. Intense cassis, cherry, blackberry, light bell pepper, spices, black pepper, some cedar, and some chocolate, with good acidity, ripe, well integrated tannin, and god length. Quite balanced, only the alcohol is lightly warming. Drinks well. A safe bet, as always.
December 14, 2022 - Good for a cab but don't pay a ton of money for it.
November 20, 2022 - A little rustic. Heavy on violet and licorice. Wouldn’t get again at any price.
July 20, 2022 - Decent value weekday cab, not distinctive. Full tannins, red fruit, full acidity.
June 2, 2022 - Good value everyday burger wine. Full flavored, dusty tannins, fruit forward bordering on jammy with black cherry and blackberry.
May 15, 2022 - Good everyday cab. Well balanced if slightly fruit foreword. red fruit, medium acidity, medium tannins.
April 13, 2022 - I previously thought this was not too jammy but this time I think it is a bit of a fruit bomb. But it is deeply flavored with its black and red fruit, chocolate, a soft minerality, mild tannins, and moderate acidity. Would go well with dark chocolate.
