  September 21, 2019 - Sat, 09/21/19, $2 Tasting (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): “The Fiano grapes are harvested from vyds with clay & chalk soils & a S/SW exposure (@ 130 m elev) located in the Capaccio-Paestum area of Campania in the province of Salerno in the middle of the Cilento National Park.” Typically, “the grapes are softly crushed & fermented in temp-controlled s/s tanks. The wine ages for 8 mos in tank before bottling. 12.5% ABV”
  
  N: Slightly closed; Minerals atop apples
  
  P: LM body; RNDISH entry with NICE, ALMOST swtish frt met by bracing acidity which subtly sets the parameters into & through the LONG, balanced, tangy/swt (60:40) finish. For now & through '21, POSS more. My VG+/EXC-; [This vendor's $11.95 is $1 < wine-searcher's lowest.]
