December 15, 2020 - Green apples, lemon, lime, and green melon (on the nose it is like a Chablis!). There isn’t a great deal going on but the minerality lifts it above good.

September 23, 2020 - Beautiful light yellow color. Citrus mineral nose with grapefruit, apple, pear, earthy soil, and minerality. Ther is a like woodsy quality also. Light-to-medium body — a little bigger than some of the other ones I’ve tried. Very crisp mouthfeel with good balance with the tannins. The palate is wet gravel and gives way to some fruit as it open up. The finish is crisp with fruit and minerals. 92 points

July 29, 2020 - Pale lemon. On the nose medium intensity aromas of lemons, vanilla, butter croissant, jasmine flowers, sweet cream. On the palate the wine is dry with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium intensity of flavors of lemons, vanilla, butter croissant, jasmine flowers, sweet cream. The finish is medium plus, pleasant with lingering vanilla. The aromas on this wine are redolent of French oak, almost burgundian in style. Tasted blind, it would be difficult to discern this was a Sauvignon Blanc.
