September 11, 2021 - Clean, bright crisp. Classic Sauvignon Blanc grapefruit aroma. Nice balance of fruit and restrained acid. Food friendly (with cheese board).

August 6, 2020 - Pink grapefruit, lemon rind, white blossom, flint stone, yeasty notes. Round mouthfeel, lemony upfront with a fresh acidity and some yeastiness. A fresh herbal character on the finish.

July 5, 2019 - Deep yellow color. Lovely aromas of gooseberry, green melon and limes, with hay, wildflowers, nettle and chalk dust elements. Crisp and bright on the palate but gorgeous depth; there’s this waxy yet smooth yet zippy feel. Green apples, lemon-limes, apricot, crunchy and tart fruit with honey, candle wax, white tea. I get notes of chalk dust, mountain stream and minerals. Complex and vibrant, this would be great with so many types of foods.
