February 13, 2024 - This was ready to go in early 2024. Suggest an hour long decant to give it time to breath.

January 29, 2024 - Didn't take notes - drank much better than last tasting in 9/2020. Good structure with excellent fruit/acid/ tannin balance. 91-92+

January 20, 2024 - Dark cherry, a little spice, sandalwood, maybe just a bit alcoholic heat. Enjoyable with tri-tip and grilled cabbage.

November 11, 2023 - I really enjoyed this wine. Carignan really shown through, making this very drinkable. Good structure from the Zin and flavor from the mataro.
    Somewhat jammy with nice blackberries.

October 22, 2023 - Purple in color. 14.5% ABV. Big nose of black fruits, citrus and baking spices. Full bodied with medium acidity. Fruit forward and jammy. Black cherry, raspberry, mulberry and pepper on the palate. Nice length on the finish. Not the most complex Bedrock but throughly enjoyable. Best over the next 2-4 years.

July 4, 2023 - I thought this bottle showed very well. Medium plus body with a lot of interesting notes on the nose. Just enough fruit without being an overpowering. Paired well with BBQ brisket.

    Happy 4th!

May 14, 2023 - Pretty and delicate aromatics of ripe cherry, blackberry, slight bramble fruit, and a touch of spice.
Medium weight on the palate with medium tannin and med+ acidity. This is bright style for a zin blend that I find is characteristic of this particular vineyard.
It’s lovely, but fairly light on its feet. Maybe it will improve with a few more years in bottle to gain a little more weight and texture
