July 14, 2019 - I've always associated Pinot Blanc (Alsace) as a very basic neutral wine. Like Italian Pinot Grigio. Macerated Burgenlad is a completely different story.

This may be the best Pinot Blanc interpretation I've ever had. A better version of Gutt Oggau's Theodora minus the Welschriesling.

I don't just like it, I love it. It so vibrant and drinks so well.
