October 29, 2019 - Really nice, fresh Pet-Nat. High acidity, medium body, with fine, barely there tannnin. Bright, fresh citrus and red fruit, with plenty of opportunity to develop. A little simple right now, I'd revisit in five plus years. Excellent wine to pair with a variety of dishes.
