August 6, 2019 - Ensamblaje de pinot noir y monastrell, es brut nature y consta la fecha de degüelle (L-01-2019). Color carmín de media capa, la nariz es atractiva, bien definida, hay mucho frutillos rojo del bosque, apuntes de pastelería y ligeros tostados. En boca tiene buen ataque, carbónico fino, notable frescura. Persistente y bien perfilado.
