March 15, 2019 - This bottle seemed quite a bit more tired than the last. Significant brown around the edges, and a bit of funk and hardness detract from the lovely dried cherry accents and tart acidity. I thought this might be slightly corked, but I cannot really be sure about that. In any case, my last bottle of this vintage and looking forward to drinking the others.

November 20, 2018 - Succulent and sweet extract of forest fruit and spice. Mature yet muscular, lean, and svelte. Lively acidity, and just drinking perfectly.

September 21, 2018 - Auction purchase. Cork bled 90% and slightly depressed. A bit rough on the PnP with tomato and overweight tannin. Air helps, with the last glass or two picikng up some decent cherry and turning the tannin dusty.
I'm a fan of this producer, but my sense is more recent vintages are better.Provenance a question mark, but I was a bit disappointed with this bottle.

September 5, 2018 - Wouaouwww, amazing almost perfect nose of leather, balsamic exotic wood, bacon and with a hint of iodine so typical to great italian wines... The taste is seemless, with perfectly ultra refined tannins, exotic spices, nice black fruit, great lenght... also not to powerfull, just very feminine and elegant.. I had to refrain myself not to put a perfect note!

June 5, 2018 - Very dark colour and seems still pretty young for it's age!! Huge nose of c├Ępes de Bordeaux, leather, Havana cigar, BBQ sauce, roasted meat, great great nose... Super concentrated, but sappy tannin, loads of ripe and cold black cherries, good acidity, lenght of 60 sec, fantastic Brunello
