Candied rapsberries, strawberries, roses, green tea cinnamon, touch of longan fruits coming thru (has to be my fav flavor lol)
Palate fully matches the nose

-med dark red
-almost jammy cassis poached plum topped with intense wet stone
-med acidity just enough to add some definition to the finish, med weight rather one dimensional ripe cassis with some stony minerality and just a touch medicinal, med/med- tannins

June 8, 2023 - Very fresh, young. Light fruit upfront. Low acid. Paring with a pork tenderloin with a brown sugar/balsamic/garlic/cumin/chili powder/salt glaze.

April 23, 2023 - Fresh strawberry on the nose then fills in with cola notes. Great fruit and acidity on palate. A great wine for a Bourgogne. Unfortunately I don't have more bottles to find at how well will it age further.
