May 2, 2023 - - Yellow color with small pearls with a medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Almost light peach in color. Off dry, Beautiful brioche and melon, peach. Paired with Asian spicy dish featuring ground beef. It worked, nice fresh palate cleanser.

It's balanced and has flavours of melon, orange blossom, hazelnut, honey and peach with a light/medium body. Round texture with a medium finish - Not brut. Nice body, soft nose and flavors.
