April 10, 2022 - Opened the 2017 by accident instead of the 2012. Understandably, better on day 2, with the tannins softening a little and the flavors becoming more integrated. Really enjoyable with cassis, berries, and good acidity. I think the secondary flavors would come out more with time, and it should improve further.
