March 20, 2022 - Kleur: Diep ondoordringbaar donkerrood. Boordevol zacht-zoetige tannines. Lange afdronk. Algemeen / potentieel: Ongelofelijk rijke en verleidelijke wijn. Met een record-hoeveelheid depot! 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 13 + Smaak / Afdronk: 18 + Algemeen / potentieel: 9 = 95/100

Colour: Deep impenetrable dark red. Aroma / bouquet: A heavy and dark bouquet with accents of dried dates and plums, licorice, soft sweet licorice. Taste / Aftertaste: BP14 This Aalto PS presents itself with a limited acidity, a thick-juicy and rare concentrated filling. Full of soft-sweet tannins. Long finish. General / potential: Incredibly rich and seductive wine. With a record amount of deposit! 50 + Colour: 5 + Aroma / Bouquet: 13 + Taste / Aftertaste: 18 + General / Potential: 9 = 95/100

January 3, 2022 - Dark fruit and spice. Noble oak, fancy cigars, damp earth and a musky, funky undertow lurking underneath.
Rich, decadent and opulent. Or... structured, layered and distinguished. Exceptional balance.
A step behind the legendary 01 but a magnificant wine nonetheless.

December 19, 2021 - Excellent wine. Decanted, took 3 hours to open up fully. Nice mid palate complexity with layers of fruit and spice. Nice length as well. WSET3.

October 16, 2020 - Really nice tonight with 1hr decant. Still a bit too oaky/smokey for my taste but for sure its nice.
