Tasted at the winery from Zalto Glas. I must admit, I am not a fan of dry Zilliken GGs. I did not pre-order some bottles, but bought some after tasting. Ayler Kupp is the first vintage for Zilliken. Only one barrel made. Reminded me of Lauers version. Very playful and mouthwatering. Good, ripe acidity. Lightweight without being simple. Only 12% abv. About 8 gram of residual sugar. Potential is currently hard to rate. I think I would try my first bottle now, or in 5 years. 91-92 -
