February 16, 2020 - This is probably my favorite Lambrusco I've found stateside. Fruity and bone dry with plenty of cage.

January 29, 2020 - I served this in my wine course. Intense savory herbal amaro and cola nose. Light bodied, bone dry, pleasantly bitter finish. Good QPR if purchased in the mid teens.

Dry (but the fruits make it seem like off dry)
Tannins are not overly aggressive
Medium length
Nice summer sipper
Would pair well with rich pasta in a fatty red sauce
