September 7, 2023 - Prima bottiglia del pranzo a Dommange presso Coq et Vins. Bellissimo posto non turistico con veranda e giardino di altri tempi. Location bucolica e rilassante. Molto molto bello.
Blanc del blancs 100% chardonnay extra brut.
Giallo dorato abbastanza intenso, perlage fine ed elegante. Potente al naso con note di gesso e scorza arancia candita. In bocca fresco, equilibrato e persistente. Molto molto buono -
