September 14, 2019 - D+0h: a tiny bit of deposit in the filter, smells of sour cherry, D+5h: dark as ink, smells of blackberry, raspberry, bread and a little bit of eucalyptus, smooth in the mouth, full body, not completely dry, has a little bit of residual sugar left, in the mouth sour cherry, bread and blackberry, in the aftertaste acidity, bread and blackberry, good length (30 sec), well-made red wine, I’m still undecided if I like the smell and taste of bread.
