    November 1, 2021 - Great weekday red!

September 9, 2021 - Pale ruby with a salmon rim.

Nose dominated by aroma I found difficult to place, as time went on I decided it was probably pyrazine-esque in chemical composition and toward the green jalapeƱo end of spectrum. some chalky stone scents and something herbal as well.

Palate is red fruited, somewhere between raspberry and overripe dark cherry. grey mineral, hints of effervescence though not seen in glass. Endnotes are towards a confected black cherry flavour.

Body is full, acid med, tannins strong and upper outer cheeks unlike the Bordeaux family. Dry and pleasingly long finish.

December 8, 2020 - Great acidity. Ripe red fruits: raspberries, rhubarb pie. Little, if any, oak. This might be a substitute for Sangiovese with tomato based dishes. Good value at $16.

June 26, 2020 - Our favorite all-round Greek Red. Pairs well with grilled meats, lamb chops, grilled sardines, feta cheese, aged cheeses- most any Greek or Medit. food you would pair with a red wine. Even goes well with Pizza. Bright red fruit- cherry, raspberry, strawberry, great balanced acid and tannins. Great finish. Some earthy secondary notes, but overall bright red fruit and tart cherry is the main thing here.
