    January 29, 2021 - 12.5% - Cloudy, med purple / clean, med to pronounced intensity - blue raspberry, cherry, cinnamon stick, barnyard, mushroom funk, gamey / dry, med to high zippy acidity, med- tannin, med body, med to pronounced intensity, persistent finish. Full of life, probably the best bottle from the case so far.
