March 31, 2024 - Had with lamb chops on Easter.

Wonderful nose. Plums, cassis, leather on the nose.

    Cigar box on the palate.

    Long, nice finish.

Good strong tannins still there. I think it could last another few years.

March 24, 2024 - Blackberry, blueberry, plum, dark cherry, mocha. Full-bodied Paso, but beneath it all, a bit of bacon fat, iron and pepper. Tannins to the fore right now, but evolving in the glass. Another 3-4 years might be beneficial...

March 3, 2024 - Couldn't wait any longer to try it. Did not get disappointed. Decanted for 2 hr. but wine was still developing in the glass . Blue fruit on the nose and on the palate. Herbs and wet stones lingering with medium to long finish. Resembles more expensive Cote-Rotie. Thank you Denner.

October 25, 2023 - Velvety, almost milk chocolate with fruit mouth feel. Blackberry and plum fruit notes. Bold wine.

January 21, 2023 - Lovely elegant wine. Cherries, and baking spices there too.
