The deep purple colour hints at a big, fully extracted cabernet sauvignon. A dense nose with no shortage of chocolatey oak and dark fruits, the palate is medium-full bodied with firm, woody tannins, and fresh, integrated acidity. Everything is in the right place, but just lacking some complexity and elegance. It will be interesting to watch this evolve over the next 3-5 years, as there is potential to improve with bottle age. Only 250 cases produced.
