March 5, 2023 - Bottle 1665g. Moderately intense aromas of apple and saltine. Fine bubbles. Dry, with creamy not very persistent mousse, elevated acidity, light to medium-bodied, only 12% abv. Savory and vinous, saline finish. Rewards a little attention: drink this in a wine glass.
