July 18, 2015 - Still a nice pairing with grilled salmon, but has gone downhill in the last six months. Drink up.

May 31, 2014 - Nice pinot that is sweet and round. I think this is past its peak but still very nice. very new world.

May 19, 2014 - Amazingly enough, this is still pretty bright and drinking well, despite being years "past prime". Didn't get any age funk on this one. Needed some time in the glass and definitely tasted in a Pinot stem over a standard generic glass.

April 28, 2014 - - Ruby color and has flavours of raspberry, strawberry and honey.

(AMISFIELD PINOT NOIR CENTRAL OTAGO) #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-little tighter, hint of strawberry, sour cherry component (a little Syrah-like); TASTE-extremely well made, intriguing dark chocolate flavors; gets a little dirty & vegetal on the finish which I like, little stinky sock meets green pepper meets dirt w/ chocolate bar on top @ a Camp fire; little bark & oak; overall a young wine; little more disjointed than the first wine; nice mouthfeel; WS-93; GV-92 NOTE: the 2 Kosta Browne Pinot Sonoma's rated higher (2003 @ 92+ and the 2004 @ 95 points)
