September 23, 2021 - Surprisingly enjoyable. Cork almost untouched, wine still dark in centre but orange at rim. Nose at its best half an hour after opening, flavour improved over the next three hours. Medium weight, with almost sweet flavours, like plums or sun dried grapes Would not have placed it as missing my normal d’Angludet mineral and grass flavours. Mellow, light but not thin on the finish. Very tannic once the fruit has gone. Altogether, most unexpected. Very interesting, but should still have drunk it earlier !

July 28, 2019 - Cork crumbly, wine brown orange and oxidised. Undrinkable. Poured it away - heartbreaking !

June 27, 2015 - Lasting surprisingly well. Brick rim, heavy sediment in bottle but centre still dark in the glass, with hints of orange. Quite dry on its own, but fine with food. Still good, but better earlier.

April 21, 2014 - Found this a little flat and thin. More appealing on the nose than on taste. Compared to later vintages it appears it has passed its prime. lacking in depth.

September 6, 2013 - Dark clear red, rim going orange. Gentle nose, mainly mineral. Clean sharp mouthful, well balanced, quite delicate. Still vanilla and fruit as it warms, ending with red currants. Tannin subdued.
