December 18, 2019 - @La Buchetta Restaurant in Firenze. Young merlot with hints of fresh blackcurrant and some herbes basically, with softened tannins and a pleasant palate. November 3, 2019 - This wine needed at leadt 3 hours to open up.
Dark ruby/red color. Full aromas of blackcurrant, blieberry and red licorice with some wet earth and herbs and hints of toast. Full bodied with grippy- smooth tannins, fresh acidity and lively fruit. The finish is long and slightly drying.
Still a little fragmented on the palate, needs some more time to smoothen out.
