March 19, 2021 - Drunk with roast cauliflower soup, caramelised onions and toasted almonds.
Bright, deep yellow gold. Amazing nose of acacia honey on toast, ripe pear, hazelnut, and honeysuckle flowers with a slight petrol note. Smells sweet but is quite dry. This all carries through onto the palate, although the sweetness disappears and multiple mineral elements appear with the hint of petrol again. Good acidity keeps it lively. There is very good length, lovely complexity and great balance. A great food wine which tasted just as good on day 4. Drinking beautifully and will easily last for another 10-15 years. Really impressive. -

November 30, 2020 - Stored in a climate-controlled cellar since purchase upon release. This was just stunning, in great shape and can probably last a bit longer. The big nose leaps from the glass to reveal your typical Riesling note of petrol melded with tropical fruit notes of peaches, apricot, tangerine, and a hint of honey with time. It is oily, smooth, and expansive in the mouth, dry, and plentiful with similar tropical fruit flavors that roll-out into the long finish. It's big, though not massive, yet super expressive coupled with enough acidity to go longer. Impeccably made! I don't know if it'll necessarily get better, but I'd hold a few more years if I had more just to see what happens.

June 5, 2020 - Stunning nose of peaches, petrol and wet stone. Velvety taste no signs of oxidation whatsoever. At peak. Blew us away.
