Community Tasting Notes 1

November 14, 2019 - Really wild how good this actually was - like a coffee and cocoa rubbed beef roast with a bit of plummy fruit hanging around. Strong acidity that seems like it could take over as the wine matures, but in a very good spot right now, and very evocative of the origin/grape.
