November 18, 2023 - Colour: Medium straw, slightly oily
Nose: Reductive Sulfur, petrol, almond cookies
Mouth: Pineapple, citrus, medium to low acidity, more on the sweet side
Finish: citrus, candied tropical fruit, honey, medium length and complex
Wine is currently in a quite reductive state at the nose, nice fruit at the palate but lacking a little bit in the acidity department for my taste. Will probably improve in the next couple of years in the bottle. Very nice wine pairing with a world class dessert at the Esszimmer of Oberschwäbischer Hof -

May 25, 2019 - Expressive nose showing ripe, honeyed fruit, herbal notes, minerality. A little more blunt than Juffer-Sonnenuhr Auslese tasted alongside. Great acidity, slightly creamy, generous and long. Very fine. 92-93+
