November 20, 2021 - Some bottles better than others.
August 31, 2021 - Great work. Easy drinking mid bodied wine with decent fruit
August 26, 2021 - Very thin. Not much fruit. Not much of a finish. A bit meh. Not the worst QPR, but wouldn't buy it again.
May 18, 2021 - A really delicious flavorful Malbec. A touch sweet but good long finish and very powerful fruit flavor.
April 2, 2021 - 1.5hr decant.
Nose: Plum, red fruit, blueberry, tar.
Deceptively light and acidic. Very fruit forward. Medium body. Sour cherry, very tart, lingers on the front of the pallet. Surprised it's still so fruity given the vintage. I've got two more bottles that I'll cellar for at least 2+ years.
March 24, 2021 - Spicy at first. Mellowed nicely after opening.
June 4, 2020 - Purple fruited and savory. There is substance to it, including coal and saline notes. Oak treatment is a bit heavy. Stalwart.
September 21, 2019 - Sunfish Cellars Grand Tasting (Just $10) (Sunfish Cellars/I Nonni Minneapolis, MN): Solid Malbec. Funk, gravel, raspberries, rose petals and pepper. Medium plus finish.
