May 6, 2022 - A mineral driven wine with some light fresh lemon notes. The minerality is very interesting. Somewhere between salty and limestone.
Medium plus acid with a medium length mineral finish.
I’ve been hearing about Von Winning for awhile and this did not disappoint. Tried with other dry Rieslings from around the world and found this to be relatively elegant (while maintaining structural intensity). Others punched you in the mouth with acidity, this was more gentle without sacrificing power.1 person found this helpful Comment -

January 28, 2020 - Fresh fruit on the nose, candied fruit on the palate. Rich but with great balancing acidity.
