January 16, 2024 - no decant on this one. it had a very woody profile at first.
as it started to open, it started to blow off the woody quality.
a lot of dark fruit and very integrated. i think this could go another year or two but not bad now. -

Palate is plush with medium acid. Palate is juicy ripe blackberry dominant with a slight herbal, eucalyptus edge. Tannins are medium, maybe resolving a bit? -
