August 24, 2019 - Fantastic bubbly from Spain with a deep and complex apple aroma and excellent freshness and balance. There is some sweetness and spice but the acidity and energetic mousse creates the feel of dry, elegant and narrow crémant from Jura rather than sweet Prosecco or robust cava. I have tried the regular bubbly which sells for usd 11 in Sweden, this was more like usd 17 and price to value is unbeatable, that’s how good this is.
