August 23, 2019 - This really shows what the Bacchus grape can deliver. Aromas of very ripe peaches, gooseberry and elderflower, the palate was a lot more delicate and refined compared to other Bacchus along with a pure expression of perfectly ripe stonefruit, little crushed stones, sweet spices and a touch of vanilla. The length was elegant and long. Fantastic!
