April 15, 2019 - Cellar Triage Tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon; 4/14/2019-4/15/2019 (Home): Bit reduced at first, very ripe flavors, a nice personality but very distinct versus the Napa Cabernets opened in comparison. I would not call this a Paso characteristic, but is a softer almost sweet ripe tomato flavor, quite lovely. Still has life.

January 3, 2015 - Dark ruby color, full bodied, after 20+ years in the cellar it has mellowed into a soft rich fruity wine, tannins are gone so it's like a mature Merlot. It's time to drink it.

June 1, 2009 - Fully mature, with earthy, pine needle notes on the nose, Soft blackberry fruit. Mellow finish. Past its peak, but still enjoyable.
