February 9, 2020 - Cider was required for cooking and it had to be this bottle from one of the best Calvados producers as there were no others in my cellar. However, I took a glass before it went into the sauce and found it the best Pays d'Auge cider I have had so far - fruity and fragrant with the usual leather touch but with more finesse and length on the palate than the others. Good++.
