November 16, 2020 - Nose - cured meat, old fence posts, dried strawberries, red currants
Mouth - leather belt, tobacco, spiced preserved cherries, overripe raspberries.
Not a lot of fruit on this one, medium body with a red/orange hue. Quite tannic and chalky but in a good way.
