Community Tasting Notes 11

September 25, 2023 - This last bottle seemed well on its way over the hill.

December 6, 2022 - A ver nice everyday Pinot to drink. Red fruit, candied apple, and spice notes. A bit of earth on the bud as well as cherry and raspberry. Very well balanced. This one improved after being open an hour.

July 9, 2021 - Critical reviews on point, very aromatic with red fruits, mushroomy earth and sweet floral-vanilla jumping out of glass. Loads of pure cherry-berry fruit on a broad frame with umami texture, silky tannins and nice length. Even made a non-PN drinker revisit it vs. his typical preference.

June 9, 2021 - Impressions similar to previous tasting (lovely nose, but a bit short of fruit), but it opened up after a couple of days. I will definitely give it some air next time.

April 15, 2021 - Quick note: Nice color, very promising aromas of red fruits, forest floor, and classic Santa Maria pinot. On the palate, it sports bright acidity, moderate tannins, and a somehow hollowed-out fruit profile. Finish is long and complex. Fruit-wise, I'm not sure whether it's dead or just mute for now. To be revisited in the next few months.
