Community Tasting Notes 2

October 11, 2019 - Similar notes as before, but adding some additional ripe green chiles/jalapeno out there in the nose and palate. Was decanted for four hours and re-tasted after 24 hrs. Perhaps that opened up that profile. Was paired against a more youthful Cab Franc, so seemed a bit lacking in the fruit department.

September 3, 2019 - Old world inspired, new age take from winemaker Nick Palumbo. Very balanced, rich notes of violets, stones, herbs, and a swirly mix of black and red fruits. Tannins and intensity to develop tertiary notes in 3-5 years.
