Paradigm Merlot 2016
98% Merlot 2%, Cabernet Sauvignon
Lovely Merlot from Paradigm, classic plum notes but also berry berries a little chocolate. Good acidity and present tannins, which balance the fruit very well.

Paradigm Cabernet Franc 2016
85% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon
At first a bit difficult to distinguish from the Merlot wine, but after some time in the carafe it became clearer thanks to paprika tones, crushed gravel. Lovely structure, well balanced.

90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 1% Petit
Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc
Definitely the best wine of everyone who tried it. Nice complexity, here there is a clearer tannin structure and a wonderful acidity. All the typical elements of a good Cab Sauvignon, dark cherries, cassis, blackberries, cedar, pencil, cigar box and licorice.

December 17, 2021 - Decanted for an hour and enjoyed over the next couple of hours. This wine has really developed and started to show some of its potential. A classic Cabernet Franc that has the potential to be one of the best Paradigm CFs. Really nice wine now that will continue to get better.

October 12, 2021 - Drank at Del Friscos for a crazy price but was very very good and easily drinkable. Nice fruit forward, not much other development yet, tannins still have some grip. Would love to have tried this on Fay 2 or with a few more years under its belt.
